The London olympics is finished now. So in our class we have been back from a wonderful weekend and came to school to write about the Closing Ceremony.
But before the olympics closed, I watched the BMX race on prime. Sarah Walker is a BMX racer champion. During the Olympics game on Saturday the 11 of August 6:03 she won a silver medal by coming second place.
Sarah Walker is a BMX racer who was born in Whakatane, New Zealand, and lives in Kawerau, New Zealand. She started BMX in 1999 when she saw her brother, Matt, riding one day.
But she could do better by achieving a Gold Medal. Practice, Practice, Practice, Makes Perfect.
Hi Tauwhare,
ReplyDeleteSarah was amazing. I loved the way she overcame her fear to race. It would have been scary knowing you could injure yourself again. She is very brave.
